Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

Try Artive Create free for 14 days. Cancel any time. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing. After that you keep access until the period you paid for runs out, and your galleries, uploads and original files stay yours on the free tier regardless.

How to cancel

Settings → Artive Create → Manage billing → Cancel.

That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can also change plan, update your card and download invoices.

There is no cancellation fee, no phone call, and no sequence of screens trying to talk you out of it.

When cancelling takes effect

During the trial: immediately, and you are never charged.

On a paid subscription: at the end of the period you have already paid for. A monthly subscriber who cancels on day 3 keeps Artive Create for the remaining 27 days. We do not cut access off the moment you cancel. You paid for that time.

Refunds

The 14-day trial exists so you can evaluate Artive Create without paying, which is why we do not routinely refund periods that have already run.

We will refund in these cases:

A renewal you did not intend, if you contact us within 14 days of the charge and have not used the paid features in that period. Being charged for a year you meant to cancel is a mistake, not a purchase.

A duplicate or incorrect charge, always, in full.

A failure on our side that made the paid features unusable for a meaningful part of the period.

Outside those, if you think your situation deserves a refund, write to us and explain. We would rather look at it than hide behind a policy.

Statutory rights

If you live somewhere that gives you a legal right to cancel a digital purchase within a set period, you have that right and this policy does not remove it.

What happens to your work

Nothing. This is worth stating plainly because most subscription products cannot say it.

Your galleries, your uploads, your original files, the full-screen viewer, tags, sorting, the PDF export and printed books are all free-tier features. They keep working after a subscription ends.

What stops are the paid features: the scanner, process stages, feedback threads, saves, following, the Weekly Universal and the premium frame catalogue. Premium frames on existing pieces are set aside and come back exactly as they were if you resubscribe.

You can still remove your own data at any time, subscribed or not.
